I’m Jessica Coppola — an Italian American who lives and breathes food. Growing up in a lively Italian American household, I was taught by the best chefs imaginable — my aunts and grandmother. From a young age, I collected cookbooks, filled the kitchen with new cookware, and discovered that cooking and baking were truly my happy place.
It only makes sense that I married someone who shares that same passion for food and culture. My husband is from Oaxaca, Mexico, and learning about his rich cuisine and traditions has only deepened my love for flavor and creativity in the kitchen.
I believe that great food begins with great ingredients, which is why I use only the finest when preparing meals for my clients. The world is your oyster — and I’m here to bring your food ideas to life with heart, heritage, and flavor.
